CupidX is an adult AI generation service for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using CupidX, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that adult content is legal for you to access.

No illegal content

CupidX does not permit illegal content. Adult or NSFW content is allowed only when it is lawful, consensual, and non-infringing.

Prohibited content

You may not create, upload, request, share, sell, or distribute content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual content, real-person impersonation without permission, sexual deepfakes of identifiable people, threats, blackmail, extortion, trafficking, bestiality, sexual violence, or any other illegal sexual content.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the images, prompts, links, and outputs you submit or share. You must have all rights, permissions, and consent needed for the people, likenesses, and materials used with CupidX.

Enforcement

We may block generations, remove content, suspend accounts, refuse service, preserve evidence, refund or deny payments where appropriate, and report suspected illegal activity to payment partners, hosting providers, or lawful authorities.

Abuse report and takedown support

Report suspected illegal, non-consensual, infringing, or underage content through Abuse Report & Takedown. Include links, bill IDs, account identifiers, output references, and a description of the issue.

Payments

Paid plans and credit packs are displayed in USD. Telegram Mini App and Telegram payment links may convert the USD price into Telegram Stars at checkout. Crypto checkout is created by our backend and processed by NOWPayments; no third-party donation widget is embedded on CupidX pages.
