Refund Policy

Digital credits and subscriptions

CupidX sells digital access, subscriptions, and generation credits. Credits may be consumed immediately when a generation starts. Completed or substantially processed generations are generally not refundable.

Eligible refund cases

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, confirmed payment errors, unavailable credits, failed entitlement delivery, or other cases required by applicable law or payment-network rules.

Ineligible refund cases

Refunds may be denied for used credits, completed outputs, policy violations, attempts to generate prohibited content, abusive chargeback behavior, or accounts suspended for unlawful or non-consensual use.

How to request

For Telegram Stars purchases, request review from the Telegram bot using /refund <bill_id>. For web or crypto checkout issues, contact support with your account email, bill ID, payment provider, and approximate payment time.

Processing

Approved refunds may be returned through the original payment rail where supported. Some payment rails, blockchain transactions, network fees, or third-party fees may be irreversible.
