Information we process

We process account identifiers such as email, Google OAuth identifiers, Telegram profile identifiers, device/session identifiers, uploaded media references, generation metadata, payment records, referral/coupon attribution, and support or abuse reports.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, run AI generation workflows, deliver credits, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our prohibited-content rules, improve reliability, and meet legal or payment-network obligations.

Adult safety and abuse prevention

We may review metadata, reports, and relevant content when needed to investigate minors, non-consensual content, real-person infringement, deepfake abuse, extortion, payment fraud, or other unlawful use.

Service providers

We may share limited information with infrastructure, email, authentication, analytics, payment, storage, moderation, and AI workflow providers as needed to operate CupidX. Payment providers process payment details under their own terms.

Requests

Users may request account, privacy, or abuse assistance by contacting support. We may retain records where necessary for fraud prevention, chargeback handling, safety enforcement, or legal compliance.
